Company Set Up & UAE Residence Visa
The United Arab Emirates [UAE] offers residence visas to anyone who sets up a company in the UAE.
This 2-in-1 visa + company set up package is what we offer our clients in 6 weeks, at an affordable price.
The residence visas are available for the company owners, their spouses, and children; just as they are available for the company staff, their spouses, and children.
Each residence visa is renewable every 4th year, for an unlimited number of times. Each company license is renewable annually.
We are the only company that gives you the grand total cost upfront, and we back it with our "No Added Fee" pledge.
Since 2010.
Our Clients
Some clients want to run a UAE compay without living in the UAE. Others want to live in the UAE, without running a business. Yet, others want to do both. The UAE recognises this variety of needs, and therefore does not require a registered company to be operated. All that is required is for the company license to be renewed annually. This way, the 2-in-1 package meets everyone's needs.
Business Strategy
Some clients want to run a successful company in the UAE, due to its zero tax policy, great ease of doing business, business incentives, and robust social infrasturcture. Through many exhibitions, and conferences in all sectors of the economy, that hold all year round, the UAE brings businesses, investors, distributors, buyers, and all stakeholders together, helping businesses to thrive.
Family First
Some clients use our package to relocate their families to the UAE, to live & or study, while they (the clients) retain their jobs outside the UAE. UAE resident visa holders are only required to spend 1 day in the UAE, every 6 months. This gives clients the flexibility to shuttle between their job locations and their families in the UAE.
Immigrations Strategy
Some clients want to use their stay in the UAE to build a profile (UAE business, UAE bank account, etc.) that will ease their migration to other countries. UAE residents can apply for visas to any country, through that country's embassy in the UAE. Residents don't need to apply from their home countries.
Study Strategy
Some clients relocate to the UAE, so that their children can attend the UAE campuses of the world’s top schools, in a safe & conservative environment. For pre-university education, the UAE has approved several foreign curricula [Australia, Indian, Filipino, US, UK, etc.], so that students can continue with those curricula while in the UAE.
